After watching the documentary, Inside Job, create a thread and respond to the following questions about the mortgage securities business:
o What is your initial reaction to this documentary after watching it? Discuss.
o How does the creation and sale of mortgages as a Collateralized Debt Obligation or "CDO" change the residential real estate market during the period of 2001-2008? How is this different from prior, traditional mortgage lending?
