And by now, we all are aware that college can be stressful for anyone, especially when you are trying to work, take care of your family, have a personal life, or simply finding the time outside of class to study/review your notes, or log in to Canvas (I know, I know...). However, we all handle stress in different ways. Whatever the case, I hope that you will take note of one of the extremely important topics in this course; Coping with College Stress. Keep in mind that not everyone handles stress the same way. Just keep in mind that we should never hold on to the stress or keep it bottled up inside. Try talking to someone for support, like a trusted family member or friend, college counselor, etc.
