Complete the lease as if you were renting an apartment in a complex. DO NOT use your personal information, simply make it up.
After completing the lease, directly under the lease, please write a 300 word minimum report answering the following:
i. What is wrong with the lease and why?
ii. What needs to be added or what needs to be removed from this lease.
iii. Is the lease residential or commercial?
iv. Explain why the Property Manager is responsible for making sure the lease meets the law's qualifications for your state laws and federal laws.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
