Your presentation should go through the entire process of identifying (or diagnosing), evaluating, and recommending. It should deal with all of the major problems and issues raised in the case.. You must assume the posture of professional managers writing to an audience of other practicing managers focusing on "what to do and why." All recommendations must be well supported with facts from the case.

a. Do some number-crunching using the data in the case to support your answer. '
b. Use financial ratios to help you diagnose the financial performance.
5. Is this an attractive industry to be in? Explain.
6. What is your appraisal of competitive conditions?
7. What issues do you think management needs to be worried about most?
8. What recommendations would you make to top executives regarding how best to sustain the company's growth and improve its financial performance?
