Problem: Last week, we have focused on reading qualitative research. What are some of the things you like about qualitative research? What makes you more uncomfortable? Often students find that they prefer to read qualitative research but when it comes to their own research study, some of the components can be a little more daunting. Looking at the data sources for qualitative research, what is the value of personal interviews? What about focus groups? Is the data subjective? Please share your thought with the class.
