Job Evaluation at Whole Foods' on pp. 163 - 167. The information in the case study should complete a point-method Job Evaluation. The job evaluation and resulting report should include the following:
• What is the title you have given to each job?
• How do the business and pay strategies at Whole Food play a part in your work (review material on this from Chapters 2 and 3)?
• What are the compensable factors and the range of points within each factor for your job evaluation? Provide a rationale for the decisions you make. Conduct the job evaluation and report your results.
• How would you describe the structure of jobs resulting from the job evaluation? Report this structure.
• How could you enhance the assessment of reliability of the job evaluation data by involving others? Discuss how you would do this.
• Evaluate the job descriptions provided in case study and describe how they could be improved.
