g. Name at least one literary device regarding style, tone, and/or language of the poem or story. Define the literary device and then explain in context of the poem or story. Why is it important to the poem or story? Would the poem or story be the same without it?
h. Name and explain one theme from the poem or story. Be specific. Why is it important to the poem or story? Would the poem or story be the same without it?
i. Name and explain one symbol from the poem or story. Be specific. Why is it important to the poem or story? Would the poem or story be the same without it?
j. I have tried this semester, through the journals and discussions, to get you to relate to the literature that we read, connect in some meaningful way.
