What is the speed of atmospheric pressure and our lung sacks

Problem:

During inhalation, your alveoli expand; creating a pressure difference between the atmospheric pressure and our lung sacks and therefore air will flow into the respiratory airways.

I am trying to find what the (I guess average) speed of this flow is, and therefore estimate the pressure difference. I have spent some time online trying to find this, but I have not got a definite number yet. It should be an order of magnitude of 1 m/s?

Please justify it.
