In the management literature, each manager is a leader there. Leadership is a procedure of interpersonal affect. This is a mix of inspiration, communication and motivation. Well a leader like a manager plays some roles. He stimulates followers in the direction of performance through inspiring them by his charisma and outstanding personal traits. He assists the enterprise within the most efficient and effectual attainment of usual objectives. A leader is a co-ordinator, specialist, strategy designer, philosopher, integrator, examplar and representative of his group.
