Watch the YouTube Video "Food Chains (Full documentary) in Spanish and English" documentary and in a single page ess.... writ.. a reflection about the lives of the workers. This is a free-writing exercise, but try to reflect on how they are affected by labor and US migration policy, what their working conditions are like, what is the responsibility of the state and or private corporations for their well being, and how broader society benefits from their "cheap" labor.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
