B. What are the genotype frequencies in the next generation?
C. What are the expected genotype frequencies in the next generation? (should equal 1)
D. What are the expected allele frequencies in the next generation?
Ok so for a I have this
A1A1 = 10/10 = 1
A1A2 = 10/10 = 1
A2A2 = 5/10 = 0.5
And for D I have
Allele frequencies:
A1 = 15/25 = 0.6
A2 = 10/25 = 0.4
Are those right? I am mostly confused on B and C. This is my best guess for C:
A1A1 = 0.4 x 0.4 = 0.16
A1A2 = 0.4 x 0.6 = 0.48
A2A2 = 0.6 x 0.6 = 0.36
Please Help!! I really need help with B.
