organizational structure that the organization uses to coordinate its people and resources.
1. Why is the organization using that structure?
2. Do you think a different structure would be more appropriate than the current one?
3. Your paper should include organizational planning and strategy.
4. What is the relationship among corporate, business, and functional-level strategies, and how do they create value for an organization?
5. Would the entrepreneurial spirit be possible under the organizational structure employed? For example can the head waiter
