Working through the conflict inherent in each stage of a change process is critical to the success of a planned change process. Process intervention skills can include things such as feedback, observation, and interviewing.
Create a 400-600 words that answer to the following questions with your thoughts, ideas, and comments. Be substantive and clear, and use examples to reinforce your ideas.
