Discussion Post: Customer Service
Customer service require that you communicate in spontaneous situation that might create stressful situation and make you anxious. Think back to a difficult situation you experienced while dealing either as a customer while working at a company in customer service. Review the video in the module and respond to the following questions.
• What types of questions would you ask the customer or the customer service representative that would clarify the communication so that your problem is corrected in a satisfactory manner?
• What is the purpose of asking questions for the various situations?
• Why is credibility important to customer service?
• What type of verbal and non-verbal behavior demonstrates a willingness to listen to your customer?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
