Innovate software solutions:
1. What's the problem/opportunity in the marketplace? (i.e. What are your potential customer's pain points or unfulfilled needs?)
2. What's the good/service/solution you are creating? Tell us about the features and benefits of your good or service and how is it solving the customer's problem better than the competition.
3. Who's the core customer (target market)? How are you reaching them? (i.e. how/where can they buy it and how can they become aware of the good/service through marketing channels?)
4. How much does the good/service/idea cost the customer compared to the competition?
5. What background do you have and what partners/resources you will gather or use to help make the business successful?
6. How much funding do you need to start the business?
7. What did you learn from creating a business plan?
