Problem
Occipital horn syndrome is due to a rare dominant fully penetrant X-linked allele, Xh. Individuals with OHS have some deformed bones, but can live a mostly normal life. A man with OHS marries a normal (non-OHS) woman. Her grandfather from the maternal lineage had OHS, but additional family members are non-OHS.
• What is the probability they will have a daughter with OHS?
• What is the probability they will have a son that is non-OHS?
