Smoking is a preventable habit which causes 90% of death that occur each year due to complicated diseases that it contributes to such as stroke,heart failure,lung cancer among others.The number of death occuring each day 3 out of 5 death is due to related issues caused by smoking.The potential complications include lung cancer,cardiovascular and blockages.
They occue due to the following reasons:
Lung cancer;smoking damages alveoli and airways found in lungs thus lung diseases as it failures to function properly Cardiovascular disease;smoking damages blood vessels by thickening them and makes them grow narrower.This causes heart beat faster and blood pressure goes up causing heart failures.
Blockages;smoking reduces adequate blood flow to your legs among other body organs causing arthritis of the knees due to inadequate blood flow which is needed for prroper function of the knee activities.
