What is the p value associated with the bowling average

My bowling average has been 120 for many years. i recently took lessons in hopes of improving my average. to test whether i have improved, i bowled 10 games and had an average 135 with standard deviation of 10. the chosen level of significance is 10%. what are null and alternative hypothesis? stating that i have improved when i actually had not would be a type 1 or type 11 error? what is the p value associated with this test? would i reject the null hypothesis?
