Select an existing organization - that might be a business, an institution, a nonprofit organization, etc; then research and report on the following:
1. What is the overall purpose of the organization? What do they do and how do they do it?
2. State the three different levels of management and identify various positions that exist in this organization for each. Be as specific as possible and include actual employee names if you can find them.
3. Why are the three levels of management important to this organization? How does each level support the guidance and productivity of the organization as a whole?
Select any two of the Management Theories explored in this activity and evaluate how the theories have a place in this organization. How do the theories apply and why might they help the organization be as efficient, productive, and successful as possible?
