This paper is an academic study about the application of digital transformation in one of the Chinese airline manufacturing companies, Comacs. Students are obliged to conduct a study on the digital transformation process implemented on Comacs observing the overall impacts of Digital Transformation (DT) mainly on the manufacturing department and the potential challenges it had to overcome.
