Diagnostic Promotion/Social Media Profile (Current situation)
1. What are the promotional objectives and strategies of the organization? What types of media are used? What types of slogans and appeals are used (e.g., celebrity endorsers, humor, sex appeal, etc.) Do they reinforce the organization's overall market image?
2. What is the organization's social media strategy? How is social media used - for monitoring "pulse" of customers/stakeholders, research, customer service, building relationships/dialoguing with customers and stakeholders?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
