Problem
Investigators conducted a small pilot study, contacting 15 women with coronary heart disease and 15 women with no previous coronary heart disease. They asked each woman whether she currently had Type II diabetes (diabetic = exposed; non-diabetic = unexposed). Each woman with coronary heart disease was matched by age and race.
