Sexual harassment is described as being illegal, unethical and immoral.
For example, in terms of direct and residual impact it costs organizations millions of dollars, impacts mental health, causes decreased productivity, creates turnover and causes additional collateral damage that is systemic and sustainable.
In this paper must intersect substantive answers to the following questions:
1. What is the history of sexual harassment in the U.S and how does the federal government, state governments and local government play a role in addressing this issue? Explain.
2. Which major event in 1991 that we widely broadcasted contributed to the dynamics and nuances of understanding the issue of sexual harassment? Explain.
3. Do any of the concepts we have talked about this semester have correlation to sexual harassment and discuss the challenges and stakeholders Uber has in the sexual harassment arena. Explain.
