The apple is then expossed to open air at a temperature of 24.8 degrees C. After 5 minutes the center of the apple is 3.1 degrees C and the surface of the apple is 8.4 degrees C. What is the heat transfer coefficient of the apple? Also, calculate the thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity.
