What is the harm in the case what do we tell the customer? If the customer opens all the accounts are miscommunicating being accurate, unambiguous and clear? Should I have gone over to my coworker’s deck while he was with the customer and stopped what was going on and make sure the customer got the correct information? Or, should I have waited until the customer leaves and then go to my coworker and tell him that he had done is wrong and unethical?
