This assignment requires students to select one medication used in the treatment of Asthma and create a Google Slides or PowerPoint presentation that answers the following six questions:
Commercial Process: what is the generic name and brand name of this medication, and how much does it cost?
Industrial Production: how is this medication made (e.g. "monoclonal antibody production using non-glycosylated polypeptide chain")?
Mechanism of Action: what problem does this medication address, and how (e.g. "the antibody is made specifically against the XYZ antigen")?
Drug Delivery: how is this medication administered (subcutaneous, IV, etc.)?
Side Effects: what are side effects of this medication?
Future Research: how can this medication be used in future research, or is it as effective as it can be?
