What is the evidence that this service/intervention works

Assignment task: Need help writing about a two hundred word paragraph on the infancy stage using the below case study and references.

Within the paragraph, to include:

What are 1-2 services/interventions at this stage that will be particularly useful in promoting health in the early stages of life? Why are these helpful - i.e., which risk or protective factors are they addressing?

What is the evidence that this service/intervention works? Use peer-reviewed literature to support your assertions. Make sure to comment on the quality of the evidence.

The cross-cultural suitability of the service/intervention for Nat, and more broadly. Could it be universally helpful (e.g., for dominant and non-dominant cultures), helpful for a particular non-dominant culture, or only helpful for the dominant culture?

If the service is lacking evidence, or you think it's not a good fit for Nat, suggest a direction for future research to evaluate the service, or for changes that could better accommodate her needs.

Australian Case study:

In this assessment, you will outline evidence-based considerations and supports for Nat, who pregnant for the first time. You will discuss the cultural contexts of some of the services/programs available.

Nat is a 24 year old Dja Dja Wurrung (Aboriginal traditional owners of a large section of Central Victoria, including the Bendigo region) woman who has just found out she is pregnant for the first time. She and her partner of three years were both happy to find out this news, and they are excited (but a little nervous) about becoming parents. Nat is a non-smoker and a social drinker, but she stopped drinking when she discovered she was pregnant. Her partner is a social smoker (i.e., when he is around friends who are drinking and smoking, he will smoke too - this happens once or twice a week).

Nat has had some previous support from a local mental health worker for depression when she was in her teens, but she's not on any medication or currently receiving any psychological support. She is close with her family members and has a good group of friends. Nat currently works part time at a local hotel, and is completing a Bachelor's degree online. Her partner works full time.

Nat is proud of her Aboriginal heritage, and would like to give birth in a culturally safe environment. She is also uncertain about breastfeeding, and thinks she would like some support for this process.
