Problem:
Bob has started work as a management trainee in a large IT company which has a strong ethical program and culture. He is on a six-month probation period, after which he will be assessed and hopefully be classified a fulltime employee. During the second month into his employment and while training in George's department, he witnesses George tell one of his female employees a joke that is not appropriate in any work environment.
