For this assignment, using the same company you used, create a paper that answers the following questions (in the form of a cohesive report, not just a listing of the answers). Make sure you answer all parts of each question for full credit.
i. What political risks does the company you are studying face in each of the three countries discussed in previous weeks? What political risks does the country face by letting the MNE operate there? Select one country and, based on your understanding of the company, discuss the three most serious risks and how the company can best manage them.
ii. What is the decision-making structure in the company: centralized or decentralized? What is your evidence?
iii. What is the controlling process in the company? Use the types of control (internal versus external and direct versus indirect) and approaches (financial performance, quality performance, or personnel performance) to control identified in Chapter 11 (Luthans & Doh, 2018, pp. 398-409) to guide your analysis.

i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
