This case is straightforward and similar to in-class discussions on e-business models. Please identify and assess the e-business model components of three of the following e-Commerce companies. You can select three from the following sites / models listed below, or choose one that you are more familiar with:
(a) Atlas Wearables
(b) Zara
(c) Spring
(d) Grow
(e) Beard maintenance products
(f) Stationary, pens and accessories
(g) Men grooming and accessories
(h) Ride share services and platform
Using a business model format reviewed in class (the Business Model Canvas or the e-business Model frameworks) identify the parts of the model as it fits to your chosen businesses. Be sure to address the following questions in your evaluation for each of the three businesses that you chose;
Question 1. What is the Customer Segmentation of the on-line company? That is, who are their target customers? Are you able to discern the niche customer segment that they are trying reach?
Question 2. What is the business primary Revenue Model / Monetization strategy(s)?
Question 3. What are there primary Network Attraction Strategies? Identify three network attraction strategies that each of the companys appear to be employing?
Question 4. Provide an overall assessment of the three business models that you chose to evaluate. What are the key differences? What are the key similarities? Are these e-business models sustainable? Which is the most sustainable and why? Do you have specific recommendations for improvements?
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
