Problem
Procedure: Arthroscopic partial medial meniscectomy; Diagnosis: Torn left medial meniscus; Anesthesia: General; Technique: After induction with general anesthesia, a standard three-portal approach of the knee was evaluated. Mild synovitic changes were noted in the suprapatellar pouch. No chondromalacia changes were noted in all three compartments. The anterior cruciate ligament was intact, as was the lateral meniscus; and there were only slight synovitic changes in the anterior compartment. The anterior portion of the medial meniscus had a flap tear, which was debrided with an aggressive resector. After all instruments were withdrawn, 4-0 nylon horizontal mattress stitches were used to close the wound, and pressure dressings were applied. The patient was awakened and removed to the recovery room in good condition. What is/are the correct CPT code(s) that should be reported?
