Correctional programs were created out of identified societal needs. The methodology behind these programs has a purpose as well. In this assignment, you will research this methodology to understand correctional programs, why they are available, and how they have changed over time.

3. How have correctional programs evolved? What are some of the specific changes that have occurred in the last 15 years?
