The transaction takes an average of 2 minutes and on average there are 10 people in line. The remaining 25% use the Will-Call window and get their tickets in 1 minute on average. The line to the window is usually shorter with only 2 people waiting. Once a patron has a ticket (either from the Box Office or the Will-Call window) s/he joins a line of 10 people on average for a quick 30-second security check and enters the theatre. S/he then proceeds to the line at the bar where s/he receives a complimentary drink and may purchase an additional item if s/he wishes to. On average 20 people are waiting to be served at the bar and it takes the attendants 4 minutes on average to assist a customer.
