Discussion Post: Advanced Topics in Project Management
• Based on the top 10 mistakes course, what some of the mistakes you (personally) have made working on your team project? Why did those mistakes happen and how you can avoid them in your next real project?
• What is Project Closeout and what are the Closing Processes? Create a Project Closeout report for your team project and share in your discussion.
• Create an Integrated Project Management document (Project Workbook in Excel) with all the documents that you have produced for your project thus far, including:
o project charter / summary
o project budget
o risk management plan
o communication plan
o project schedule
o stakeholder management (RACI matrix) plan
o change management plan
o project close out plan.
The response should include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
