Q3. Static views are also known as data dictionary because they change infrequently, i.e., when there is a change to the data dictionary. There are three types of static views [1]:
Static Views
DBA_ view: displays all relevant information in the entire database. This view is inteded for administrators.
ALL_ view: displays all the information accessible to the current user, including information from the schema of the current user and information from objects in other schemas.
USER_ view: displays all the information from the schema of the current user.
