Introduction:
The organizations should always analyze their culture values concerning the company's values and culture standings that take place, because it provokes debate on a number of situations in the workplace. This can become a problem for change and shaping behavior. There must be a reasonable definition (s) concerning culture in order to understand the potential connections to some elements of a company, i.e., structure and incentives put in place for a system. An organization should develop the right approaches to the analyzing of culture differences that occur, and transforming cultures to influence positive future success.
The Question is :
Why should we care, and what is organization culture success made of ?
