Above Gantt chat indicates the structure of different marketing department in my organization. It shows that all departments are related to each other and represents the various function of marketing department. All department decision and function are depended on the other department feedback. For example, advertising, public relation and promotion department decision or strategies are based on market research department report and feedback (Marmel & Muir, 2011). All of these department directors communicate regularly with each other to maintain coordination and improve the performance of whole marketing department.
