Problem: Without naming names, what is one of the 'problem person' characterizations you have noticed in this learning team or in another group you have recently worked with? You anticipate that the proposed solution could help? Why or why not?
I had a experience with a group last year with a group of girls and 2 out of the 5 girls were very mean and bosy and would tell us girls exactly what to do and erase our work and at the end of the assignment we all grade each other and they wanted to give us 3 all a 50% but we worked so hard and it was just not a fun experience. I also would say they were "over achievers"
Please help word this better and I have attached a picture of what the over achiever is.
