Leaders often time do this through their mission and goals for the company. Leaders that are savvy for their companies think of ways to save the company money; by reducing cost and labor.
A leader that has shown exemplary leadership skills is Mahatma Gandhi. Gandhi was an Indian Leader that lead his followers through the Indian Independence Movement. Gandhi was a leader that stood for non- violence and he preach that among his people that fighting was not the way against the British rules. Gandhi thinking was more of a mild manner approach as well as his personality.
Gandhi was place in prison for many years; but he continued to live modestly in a self sufficient residential community among his followers.
His thoughts were on non-violence, and his vision was of Independence India based off religious pluralism. Therefore, his leadership skills lead him to have millions of followers. Gandhi focus his leadership off his vision that Independence was due to religious pluralism.
I choose Mahatma Gandhi because he took his belief and self-preservation to take a stand for what he believed in and in doing so he had millions of followers.
Gandhi was savvy because he understood what independents was and he believe in people. Moreover, they believe in him and his guidance and over came the battle and was granted the right to religious pluralism. What made Mahatma Gandhi successful is he never gave up on his vision or mission.
He went to prison for many years and even with him being release he still stood and fought for what he believed. Lastly, an example of what he did was drew attention to the Indian in South Africa, he was the founder of the Natal Indian Congress, and he gathered eleven hundred Indians volunteers to support British combat troops against the Boers etc. Gandhi was an exemplary leader because he did all of this without no violence although violence was used on him to try to stop him from doing what he believed in.
