3- In your opinion, is the company "well-positioned" or not? Prescribe any changes that you think might improve the Company's opportunities for success.
B. Company Culture
1-What is company culture? What role does it play in a small company's success? What threats does rapid growth pose for a company's culture
2- Describe the corporate culture of a company with which you are familiar. Does the culture enhance or detract from the Company's mission? Explain.
