What is London Congestion Charging?
This paper analysis the two proposals (London Congestion Charge and Charging for Fire Fighting) related to generating more revenue for the city. In this paper, identifies the sources of revenue and the income sources to support the program or proposal. It selects one proposal and provides recommendation to implement this particular project in the near future with proper reasoning. It also determines the public response about the particular proposal and find out the alternative implementation techniques to effectively run the selected proposal.
