1. Research JetBlue online. What is JetBlue's situation today? How have they recovered from their Valentine's Day service failure in 2007? Have they grown? What is their reputation? Are they keeping their promises to customers? Are there any residual effects - good or bad - from the 2007 incident? If so, describe.
2. Based on your research, is JetBlue an airline that you would like to fly? Would recommend to others? Why or why not?
