4 - A Form 4 filed June 08, 2015 showed that on June 05, 2015 Mr. Ralph Lauren -- Chairman and CEO of Ralph Lauren Corp. (ticker: RL) -- divested himself of 50,933 shares of RL common stock. Using the June 05, 2015 Ralph Lauren Corp common stock closing price of $137.10, this represents a divestiture of approximately $7 million dollars.
