Consider the project in the above table. After 8 person-days of work, activity A has been completed on time and on schedule. Activity C has 4 deliverables and 3 have been completed. B has not been started. Assuming each person-day of work costs $100, what is the Cost Variance, the Schedule Variance, the CPI and SPI?
This is what I have so far.
EV = $4000
PV = $6400 (I planned Activity A $1,600 + Activity B $1,600 + Activity C $3,200 = $6,400)
CV = $4000 - $4000 = 0
SV = $4000 - $6400 = -$2,400
SPI = .625 behind schedule
CPI = 1
