Describe two of the practices that you are doing well and how you can recognize the success.
What is an area that still needs further improvement or could be enhanced? What resources/tools can you use to support this change in the future?
Then briefly talk about key support systems and/or college and community resources of particular value to you in your academic and career success paths and future.
