Problem:
Advocacy-coalition frameworks implements models of policy for the government by dealing with the issues that appear when disagreements about policies and different values/beliefs/feasibility comes into play. The force behind the effectiveness of the ACF how it brings policy change "through the clash of ideas, as manifest in an existing policy coalition and a potential replacement" (Peters, 2022). The clash of ideas is what fuels the fire to find the common medium that creates an effective policy that effects the country and citizens positively. We see this a lot with environmental policies and even health care policies. I think depending on what the policy is pushing this could work but I don't think all policies should be created using this framework.
