Problem
The first issue my organization is facing is in regard to the lead time from our products being delivered to our warehouse from our manufacturer G Mega being slower than expected. This is affecting our inventory, as every 22-27 days we expect the shipment to our warehouse. When we come across these unexpected delays, the quality of the offloading and repackaging of products are negatively impacted. This issue can be detrimental to the company as slower lead times affect the distribution time of finished products to our consumers.
