Q: Self-care looks differently for every person, but it is important for everyone. What do you currently do to take care of yourself? This can include things you do to deal with stress or ways you help keep yourself healthy. Sometimes things we choose for self care aren't necessarily healthy. This can include smoking, drinking, etc. Please include anything you do to manage your stress on your list, even those things that others might not consider "good" self-care. Are you purposeful about your self care? Why or why not?
