Problem:
Deft has a long history of mental illness. Deft is homeless and stopped taking his prescribed medication because he couldn't afford it. Deft hears voices and one day a voice in his head said to "kill him". Deft immediately rushed up to Victim and pushed Vict off of a platform killing him. Deft is now on trial for murder.
