What internal controls should be added to the processes


Problem: The diagram illustrates the business processes at an organization. Assuming that these processes are automated (even those labeled manual), comment on what internal controls should be added to the processes and where. For example, do I want to allow the customer to enter a purchase order? If so, what types of controls do I need to have in place to allow the customer to have access to my "order entry process". Should the customer not have access to any part of my system? If the customer does not have direct access, how can I automate the process for the customer and what type of internal control would be needed? Need Assignment Help?
